Amelia Flynn Osteopath – South Yarra Osteopath
Amelia Flynn Osteopath graduated from Victoria University. She is passionate about exercise and fitness which contributed to why she chose to study Osteopathy and develop her knowledge of the body.
Amelia places an emphasis on the whole body when treating. A variety of different hands-on techniques during treatment are used, including massage and manipulation. She has completed external courses for dry needling and cupping to add to the range of treatment skills. Amelia has an interest in in shoulder complaints, mid back and neck pain. As well as providing a thorough Osteopathic treatment, Amelia will provide appropriate management; from postural and ergonomic advice, to stretches and strengthening exercises.
Through patient education and excellent communication skills, Amelia aims to provide her patients with the knowledge required to understand why they are in pain and how this can be prevented to provide successful treatments.
In her spare time Amelia works as a Pilates instructor and loves teaching and educating clients about their bodies.
Amelia is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Treatment Style: Gentle, Medium, Firm.
Amelia will often provided massage, stretching and joint manipulation as well as a variety of other Osteopathic techniques.
