Jason Lee Osteopath – South Yarra Osteopath
Jason Lee Osteopath arrived at osteopathy by happy coincidence. Having spent much of his active yet accident prone youth being patched up by compassionate health professionals, it was only a matter of time before he joined their ranks.
Prior to osteopathy Jason enjoyed a rewarding career as an architect, having worked on large and small scale projects in Victoria and abroad. Architecture enabled him to cultivate his innate attention to detail while encompassing the overarching design and function of the whole structure. As an inquisitive thinker, Jason’s love for working with complex components and dense structure to achieve something elegant and functional extends seamlessly into osteopathy, and reflects his level of patient care.
Jason relishes in treating sporting injuries, with particular interest in shoulders and hips, and the arms and legs they attach. On the flip side, having spent plenty of time in front of a computer Jason is very sympathetic to the plight of every office warrior. He enjoys treating headaches, neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, and other symptoms arising from the famed desk disease.
Jason will often provided massage, stretching, dry needling and joint manipulation as well as a variety of other Osteopathic techniques. He has also done additional studies in biodynamic osteopathy and enjoys treating everyone from infants, to the elderly, to patients who struggle with chronic pain to patients who just prefer and respond well to a more gentle touch.
Albeit less accident prone these days, Jason continues to stay active, having dabbled in weight training and Crossfit, and provided onsite health support to competing team members at local competitions.
Jason is fluent in Cantonese.
Jason is available Monday and Thursday.
