Dr. Raya Anin

Raya Anin Osteopath

Raya Anin Osteopath – South Yarra Osteopath

Raya Anin Osteopath completed a Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University in 2006. Since then, she has worked in private practice, having spent some time in Bendigo, and also running her own clinic in Melbourne. She enjoys working with people of all ages, from babies through all stages of life and loves being able to guide and educate people through to health.

Raya looks at the body as a whole unit, taking into consideration your daily activities and postures as well as the immediate symptoms to assess and treat a complaint. She has a very hands-on approach to treatment using a variety of techniques such as massage, manipulation, indirect techniques and dry needling to get the best results. As such, she is comfortable in assessing all areas of pain including back pain, neck pain, shoulder and elbow pain, knee and foot pain.

Having also completed a degree in Human Movement prior to studying Osteopathy, she has a greater understanding in pain arising from sport and biomechanical imbalances in activity and is comfortable in prescribing exercise programs to activate and strengthen your body.

Aside from private practice, Raya enjoys working as a clinical supervisor for the Victoria University Osteopathy program and, having recently completed her studies, is embarking on a new venture as an Animal Osteopath.
