Sports are such a massive part of peoples lives however often people struggle with injuries whilst participating. We would hate to let injury keep you off the field or out of the gym so here we’ll be highlighting some of the common complaints that patients have, to keep you pain-free and training hard!

At the South Yarra Osteopathic Clinic we see people on a regular basis who hurt themselves whilst participating in sport. When you participate in sport you are demanding more of your body thereby making you more susceptible in injury.
